The world just goes on
Irrespective of you,
You are the only one who makes a difference to you,
Your eyes behold beauty,
Your eyes appreciate light,
Your eyes look at darkness and then decide.
It's your vision, your hope, your own life,
No one can change you,
But your own strife,
'Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder',
Were not mere words,
