A woman's life should be celebrated everyday, 

She only asks for acceptance as an equal. 

She is neither superior nor inferior, she is simply equal. 

She talks, laughs, feels and is sensitive just like any other human being. 

Her being a woman does not endow her with the art of being more talkative. 

It only makes her more caring, more compassionate, more encompassing, more loving and more sensitive. 

Do not treat these traits as a weakness.

It is her strength, which she does not exert. 

She forgives easily and moves on in life. 

Do not pity her, belittle her, or make fun of her. 

A woman holds on to herself in spite of adverse circumstances.

She understands loneliness, neglect, comparisons. She has faced all of these and some more too.

Every person on earth needs to understand her, respect her and treat her as an equal. 

On International Women's day, I say,

"CHEERS to every woman on earth

                    and
CHEERS to all those men who cherish women and respect them."
